Dell 3420 - external monitor limited to 1920x1200
I just brought a Vostro 3420 with i3 12th generation. OS- Windows 11 Home.
I also brought a LG ultra wide 34wq60c-b with a native resolution of 3440x1440, connected via HDMI.
The resolution on the external monitor cannot be set about 1920x1200.
How can I fix this.
Any help is appreciated.

Most of Dell's low end models have the external resolution capped at FHD -- if you need more, return the system and buy a higher-end model with a more capable HDMI connection.
