Bought a Vostro 3500 (Pentium Gold 7505) with DDR4 3.2Ghz but the system reports only 2.6Ghz

I recently bought a Vostro 3500 laptop with the Pentium Gold 7505 processor. It was sold with a 3200Mhz DDR4 4GB Ram (wmic command confirmed this as well) but the system runs it at only 2666 Mhz (verified via bios, task manager and cpuz).

What could be the issue? is there any additions configuration / firmware update required to enable 3200Mhz clock on this ram module? The processor supports 3200Mhz as per Ark and the DIMM is of 3200Mhz speed. I don't understand why it gets underclocked.

Only systems that have a discrete video card will run at 3200 otherwise you are at 2666. The specs are here.
