Bluetooth error
Hi! I upgraded the Wifi/BT card on my Vostro. It had RTL8821 (@Wifi5) and I upgraded it to RTL8852 (@Wifi6). By the way, my 5 years old Lenovo has Wifi6... while this 2024 laptop has Wifi5.
I tried to install the official driver for RTL8852, but I always receive this error:
There are unauthorized Bluetooth adapters in your system. Please remove or disable the devices, and click OK
Obviously, the BT driver won't install. I did it manually, using the BT driver from Realtek site, then I tried to reinstall the Dell official driver, but the error reappers.
What can I do to fix that error and to be able to install the official driver?
My OS is genuine Windows 11 Pro.
PS: there are various solution on Internet. I tried some of them but only by installing manually the driver, I managed to make it work.

If the driver from Realtek works then I would not be too concerned. Dell, as do other manufacturers, does modify drivers for hardware that they install. So it would appear that you are using a non-Dell supplied or modified BT card and the driver will therefor not install.

@JOcean I agree, the device works well, but I'm also interested to eliminate that error.
