black screen with cursor
Vostro 15 3515
I have a Dell Vostro with Windows 11, version 22H2 . when I try to turn on my PC to log into windows, the log in screen shows as just black with cursor, the same issue is happened after two or three months . Please guide how to fix the issue.

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the
right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.

Run Dell Off-line Diagnostic tool on the computer by following the steps in the video below. The Dell tool will check the hardware within the computer. Report back ant error codes.
