Battery not charging after calibration

Hi!

I have Dell Vostro 5515, the battery on which degraded heavily after 4 years (I use it pretty extensively so no complain here). I bought a new battery marked for this laptop DELL V6W33 (54 Wh), changed battery, did calibration cycle described here https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-vn/000205559/how-to-perform-a-battery-calibration-cycle-on-a-dell-laptop , but after this calibration battery refuse to charge.
So just for the sake of being explicit:
I plugged in new battery.
Plugged in charger and charged for 2 minutes without starting the laptop.
Started the laptop and let it charge to 100% (it charged normally in span of ~2 hours).
After that I disconnected charger and let laptop discharge to 6%.
Plugged in charger back and after few seconds laptop now shows 100% and refuse to charge the battery.
If I unplug the charger laptop will show 6% again.
So again. Buttery charges normally when first plugged into the laptop, but after charger is disconnected laptop will refuse to charge battery again. Also yes, if I unplug the battery and plug it again the behavior will repeat (so battery will start charging again, but after disconnecting charger bug will appear again).
I already updated bios, I tried to charge only to 95%, I tried to discharge lower then 5%, but it gave no result, behavior always the same. I also tested old battery by plugging it back in and it works fine.
So what it could be, and how I can fix it?

If the original battery operates normally but the replacement does not, have the seller of the replacement, replace it.

If your battery isn’t charging after calibration, try a different charger, check the charging port, restart the device, and if it still won’t charge, the battery may be faulty or need replacement.
