Battery Charging Issue in Vostro 15 3500
It's a new laptop purchased on 17th April. Battery struck in 99 percent. It is not getting charged till 100 percent
Please solve this issue.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Hello,
Just return it and get your money back. A new computer should not have any problems you dont know what other problems you have without testing it you may have more.
Dont expect dell support to help you they are useless.
