amount is deducted from our bank account but order not placed

i hav placed vostro 3520 order and amount is deducted from my bank account but order not show in my dell account, and a message received on browser

"Transaction reference no.***** has been succesfully completed on fri Dec 27.XXXXXX., however we are not able to confirm the final status of this transaction from the bankat this moment.

In case the amount is debited from your bank account/card, you will receive the ervice from the merchant. Kindly do not initiate another transaction."

And  now 4 day passed , i have tried on support but no one reply on them. Please help to resolve .
