34 inch display and DELL VOSTRO 3520
Dear All,
Our company has just bought some 34 inch monitor to connect with our Dell Vostro 3520 with INtel iRIS xe.
Howevere it is impossible to set the 3440 x 1440. The maximum résolution we can select is 1920 x 1080.
All drivers seems updated.
The HDMI port is a 1.4.
Can you help us solve the problem?

You will need a more capable notebook to drive that monitor. Most of the entry-level Dell systems are limited to FHD over HDMI (including the Vostro 15 3520/Inspiron 15 3520, which are the same system).
