XP (new installation) & Vostro 200: DVD tray not working after driver update

After a driver update for TSST TS-H653-F (Firmware), Version A02, I can't boot from CD anymore (also won't eject or is not visbile in file manager) . Before I had some seconds for pressing a button, but now it seems that the computer skips this possibility, although for a millisecond the boot letters appear.

The driver's files are:

c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys (62976 02.05.2008 10:49)
c:\windows\system32\drivers\imapi.sys (42112 14.04.2008 14:00)
c:\windows\system32\drivers\redbook.sys (57728 14.04.2008 06:22)
c:\windows\system32\storprop.dll (76288 14.04.2008 06:52)

I tried to deinstall them via device manager, but after rebooting they are the same. Does anybody have an idea to solve this problem? I very much appreachiate your help!
