Why my Dell e2420hs monitor Screen display is pale white ?

Hi All,

1) I have tried calibrate color display - till its not pure white

2) No options for adjusting color temperature to white

3) Tried increasing brightness and contrasts still its not fully white 

I have another desktop monitor its pure white and with full clarity.

Please anyone help!
