Vostro ????, no bootable device found

Hi, This is Kaisar. I have purchased a vostro desktop pc last week. Initially is operated by Linux fedora. But I do not want to operate fedora that's why I install windows 10 in my pc using a USB bootable pen drive and broken HDD existing partitions. after installation when I restarted my pc it does not boot internal HDD. Is shows, No bootable device found. I am just fed up. I have changed UEFI mood or Legacy mood but no one is working. Whenever I am pressing F12 for onetime boot in UEFI mood it shows Onboard NIC (IPV4) and Onboard NIC (IPV6) but does not show my Internal HDD. Please help me.

The drive is physically bad.

There are no soft fixes for physically bad drives.

Dell does not sell machines with Fedora.

you are new to PC building sure.

old PC just bought and wrong OS !

first build the stick the correct way (not with rufus ,etc)

W10 build using Microsoft usb mem stick builder, (pen/thumb/key/usb flash-memory stick)

step ONE you skipped test the HDD First.  many this old are bad,  skipping this is like driving on bald tires. ok?

If S.M.A.R.T tests fail that is a BAD HDD, every time, period.

step 2 erase the hdd, all partitions (ask how) even the booted w10 stick allows this.

then turn off PXE in BIOS, I see you have that on and is Wrong. (onboard NIC, is wrong, disable this ,PXE)

then install the OS fresh, (turn off secure boot and safeboot tool for more easy installs and later easy support etc.

it boot and installs w10 fresh, and when it ends the phase 1 install,  and tries to reboot remove the USB stick

and see the OS BOOT .. and do phase 2 install.

then answer no  25 times..... LOL
