Vostro 5880 (460W) and Nvidia t600 or another good, dedicated graphics card

I don't know a whole lot about PC building but I purchased a Dell Vostro 5880 desktop last year and chose to use the integrated intel gpu. Now I'd like to put a dedicated gpu in the pc but I'm not sure what the Vostro can handle or fit. I came accross the Nvidia T600 which is actually available at a reasonable price and was wondering if this would easily fit in the Vostro? Is there another graphics card that others are using?
