Vostro 5468 camera driver Windows 10 64bit
Hello, I'm at devastated stage after trying so many things to resolve this missing camera driver and come to a conclusion that I need to install a camera driver which is not provided in the Dell web cause it said " native or built-in device drivers as part of Windows 10".
Is there any other solution out there? Thanks.

If the camera driver was present before in your system, its current unexpected absence can be due to a corruption of driver files. Most of the time the camera driver is automatically installed by Windows 10 during OS install. You do not need a Dell driver to bring it back.

most of the time after a clean OS install, the genetic built in camera should show up in device manager, and the Windows camera app will turn on the camera. If Windows does not install a driver for the camera, it suggests it is failing to detect the camera hardware properly. Do you see a device ? or ! or unknown in device manager? Did you do a clean OS install? If you have struggled in vain to bring back the driver, one option is to try a clean OS install from scratch. It is not that you have to do it. It is just one option.

Is that mean that i need to reinstall the OS? cause i uninstalled it, and the Windows didn’t reinstall automatically after i restart the PC. As if the driver is really gone , and i need to install the driver manually.
