Vostro 460, steady amber light

When I tried to install a Ryzen cpu, it couldn't fit, so I decided to put it away and tried to undo all the changes. But when I tried to boot the computer, it shut down immediately, so I reinstalled my old cpu, not the Ryzen(because it couldn't fit), then I thought I fixed it, but I noticed that there's a steady amber light. When I plugged in my power cable and my monitor cable, and boot, nothing shows up on the screen. I tried resetting my CMOS, and hold the power button. I don't think it's my power supply, because I never did anything to it. So any help with this?
