Vostro 460 PCI-E x1 problem with extender

Hi, I have problem with PCI-E x1. Want to use this port for one more graphic card using PCI-E extender V006c.
In PCI-E x16 have one graphic card, and I want to connect via PCI-E x1 with extender one more. I change 2 extenders but anyone don`t work. In device manager there is no additional graphic card. Only what I I got working is old HD 6670.
My question is why PCI-E x1 does not see new video card? If I am able to see HD 6670 extender is good.  Why PCI-E x1 work with old HD 6670 but not with new one?
When I put extender in x16 working fine but in x1 does not? I changed power supply with 600w witch is more then enough for both cards.

Any help would be useful
Thank you

The hardware was not designed for a mining machine.

The extenders are not dell hardware and not supported here.

@speedstep Thank you for answering but I can use non dell hardware in dell computer. It is not important who is manufacturer. Question was why pcie x1 does not work with graphic card? Does dell forbids two graphic card in computer, because on almost every motherboard you can put card in x1 slot? Does anyone successfully get two cards fully operational? Link you provide is very good, but I need only two cards in my computer.
Thanks

Unless it's a system designed for dual-GPU gaming -- or a Precision workstation with the same feature -- the vast majority of Dell systems allow just one GPU at a time -- if you try to install two, one will auto-disable.

This is equally true of most brand-name desktops - HP, etc. do the same with most of theirs.

OK, I understand, but how I get HD 6670 running over PCIE extender on x1 slot working with graphic card in x16 slot? It is very frustrating. One card can run on x1 the other one cannot? Now I try 3 different power extender and all work with old hd 6670 (on x1 slot) but non with 750 which I want to connect. Very interesting is when I run diagnostic from boot menu I get PCIE Capability = Not Installed. What is that?

X1 only provides 10W of power.  X16 video cards require 75W of power to be available. Optiplex and Precision Workstations that support 2 cards have 2 X16 slots to do so.

What you are asking for is not supported and never will be.

I know that x1 provide only 10w. For that reason I am using POWER extender. Extender have own power over molex and give a card nessesery bust. One more time, x1 work over power receiver with 6670 does not with 750? Maybe is compatibility issues with 750 card. Strange is that both card (750 and 970) have same drivers and have to work. Very strange?
