Vostro 460, failure to install 3rd party software
Hi
I have just bought the Wondershare Filmora Pro – which is a Video editing program and tried to install on my Dell Vostro 460 but it stopped saying that it needed to have OpenCL.dll and it was missing ! So I found this file and inserted it into the System 32 and tried again but it now came back with WINDOWS/System32/OpenCL.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or may contain an error.
I used the Dell Support to run through the machine and found no faults or errors.
I went back to Wondershare Filmora Pro to ask them why I have a problem but they have not got back to me.
What am I doing wrong and what needs to be done to make the program work?

You have to have an actual new GPU to edit video.
Windows 10 not supported does not mean not working.
Latest Bios and GTX 1650 should resolve the issues.

The 2011 Vostro 460 is not supported for Windows 10 by Dell. Only Windows XP and Windows 7. A program not running or installing is not a Dell hardware problem.
