I am wanting to upgrade my Graphics card ?

My Current spec - Intel Core i7 2600
Sandy Bridge 0Y2MRG A00 version A06

Current Graphics Card AMD Radeon HD5450 1 GB Core 650 Memory MHz 800MHZ

Whats the best possible upgrade ? I have seen its possible to use 
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050, 2GB GDDR5 DisplayPort, HDMI, Dual-Link DVID,Super Compact Gaming Graphics Card (ZT-P10500A-10L)

Would this work?
