Vostro 420 1.3.0 bios: boot problem
So I have a strange problem with booting my system, (the techs on support are useless cause officially they dont support the vostro 420 anymore and think windows 10 isnt compatable which spoilers it is (writing this on microsoft edge chromium windows 10 build 1909)) but anyway, if you want to hear me gripe about them feel free to check out My build log on builds.gg (which ill be posting after i have done this)
anyway my problem is when I do a cold boot everything turns on fine and dandy but it doesn't get past the initial boot screen, I have to do a crtl+alt+delete to get it to reboot into windows 10 (which is installed on an ssd so maybe thats the problem? anyone know of any way to fix the problem

I have Windows 10 installed on SSDs on all my Dell PC and I don't have that problem.
Ctr+Alt+Del then what?
