Vostro 3710, dual channel memory not recognized
Vostro 3710
Dual channel memory is not being recognized in the BIOS or Windows. Performed all noted diagnostics (F12 and Windows - no problems found). Both memory sticks and slots work with one 8GB stick but two 8GB sticks aren't recognized. Severity: MAJOR.

This Vostro 3710 shipped from Dell with one Dell OEM 9CXF2 8GB DDR4 (3200MHz, 1RX16, single rank, 1.2V, Non-ECC) memory stick. Two of those would support dual channel.
What 8GB memory stick are you adding? Is it Dell OEM?
