Vostro 3670, Windows10 install using DVD
My pc - Dell Vostro 3670.
I added 256GB ssd and 8Gb RAM. Then I have tried to install windows 10 using DVD. But in boot sequence there is no option of cd/dvd drive. Then I tried various ways suggested from dell community or youtube, but those doesn't work for me.
As per their suggestion, I follow press F2>BIOS setup>General>Boot Sequence. Then I select UEFI in boot option and then press on Add Boot Option button. Then I got a "Warning" message 'File System Not Found!' But as per suggestions, I should have different window rather then this "Warning" window.
Note: My hard disk is empty. There is no OS.
PLEASE, HELP.

Actual Bootable DVD is required and must be in the unit BEFORE power is turned on.
DVD region code set on the drive is sometimes required before it can see the dvd.

If this is USB Optical Drive must be a USB 2.0 version.
Model I recommend that works on all dells is
