Vostro 3670, non responsive after 3 hours

Hi, We have a two Vostro 3670 desktops that just becomes unresponsive after 3 hours, only thing that helps is to force a restart, I have checked the power settings and even did a full PC reset. Please advise.

can you please say what unresponsive means/

black screens (zero data on screen = black) no widows login, no desktop, and wiggling mouse or keyboard pounding those not REVERSE SLEEP MODE>?  even turn of sleep mode in window control panel + POWER + advance setting make custom power profile and turn all that off  , until DRIVER work correctly later.

fan silent.? inside.

seems to me they are locked up in SLEEP mode, as is common with bad software device drivers,on any PC or  upgrading to w10 an forgetting step 2, , all new driver NOW. matching PC and w10.

in the device manager, are all drivers there LOOK OK?

 

if hard restart works even if PC is overheated then its not overheated,

but PCs do overheat, so tell if PC works great cold next.

the holding of the power button for say 10 seconds overRIDES sleep.  its  cold boot FORCE mode.
