Vostro 3668 problems after windows update

1 month ago we rolled back updates (from 20h1) on the pc because the file explorer started freezing. After rolling back everything was working flawlessly. We paused windows updates for 1 month hopefully the next updates will fix our problem. 20H2 was installed today and all the problems came back. According to the dell system tool we updated every driver, BIOS etc. We have other 3668 pcs in our workplace but they are all working without problem. Now we are rolling back again to an older version. We have warrancy till end of august
Is there a permanent solution?
