Vostro 3650 i7 6700 graphics compatibility
Hi All,
Just inherited a Vostro 3650 i7 6700, 8GB Ram. The old Radeon R9 360 GB card seems to be faulty. Can anyone give me an idea of what the best card would be to replace it with? Know my options are limited given the tower's casing but interested to hear what the options would be.

The stock psu is 240W without a gpu power connector. You are limited to card TDP up to 75W and system psu up to 300W. it seems the “best” graphics card upgrade for Inspiron 3650 is GTX 1050Ti with the caveat that cpu is i3. Because you have an i7 that draws more power than i3, options are further limited.

Other options are GTX 1050 (in the same league as 1050 Ti), or
gt 1030 (gddr5), a 30W card. choose full height card.
Although AMD RX560, RX640 have TDP less than 75, they require at least 400W psu. AMD cards tend to require more power than nvidia.
