vostro 3471 + dell E2420HS no sound
hello,
i bought the dell vostro 3471 with Ubuntu on it and the E2420HS dell monitor with speaker on it.
Everything looks great on ubuntu, but when i make a clean install windows 10 on the system, the monitor's speakers won't work.
yes i make all the drivers update, yes i have check the hdmi cable (it is working with everything else).
I can't find any sollution for this problem.
I conntact dell support and the said to me that if i had bought vostro with windows only then they could help me with this problem. If everything is ok with ubuntu (the os vostro had at first) then anythind else "is no issue" for them.
Can anybd help?

........support of this team being that the warranty only supports the original components that came with the unit, including the operating system.
Hopefully the Forum users can provide assistance.

Support team send me an email asking me if i have solved the problem.
That was the answer from dell support team, for anybody wonders if support team help my problem!
