Vostro 3471, 4GB ram, 100% disk usage

Question

We have recently purchased 6 Vostro desktops in our office with Windows 10 (64) Home, Core i3 9100 CPU 3.6 GHz, with 4 GB ram. Every time after booting up, they all have 100 percent disk usage for about 30 minutes. PCs lag this entire time. This happened even before installing the necessary software we needed. Hoping some help on this issue.

yes RAM upgrade and SSD is recommended to avoid these kind of issues.

your machine is running OS build 2004

Please upgrade to latest OS build

Most of high disk usage bugs are fixed in BUILD 21h1

You can upgrade OS by running windows upgrade assistant

once OS is updated it should be fixed.

4GB of ram is too skimpy for today's computers especially for an office setting. Minimum ram should be 8GB.

Vostro 3471, had a similar problem, bios update worked, works great so far, only windows 32 bit. Websites load very quickly.
