Vostro 3250, SMBIOS

G'morning.

I'm trying to activate WOL and disable DSC remotelyin some 3250, but I'm having trouble using Dell CCTK. It's returning the error: Couldn't get WMI-ACPI Buffer Size!!. I've run some search in my network and found out some 3250 have SMBIOS version 3.0 and running the cctk on 'em I've succed to active WOL and disable DSC, but in some others I've got SMBIOS version 2.8, and couldn't get the commands to work. I've tryied to update BIOS remotely aswell but even updating the BIOS the SMBIOS versions doesn't update. Could some1 help me out?

Tanks in advance.

I've seen the same reply, I've tried that and it didn't work. Any other thoughts?

WMI-ACPI Buffer Size error means this is non windows 10 bios and must be updated.

There is support for this but the support is not free.
