Vostro 270s, motherboard compatible with RX 570?

Hello

Im trying to see if a RX 570 is compatible with vostro 270s mobo

i saw something about UEFI compatibility on some forums so i got worried

I currently have a GT 1030 installed

When i get to the BIOS i can see thisIMG_20190622_050516283.jpg

Does this mean mi mobo is compatible?

(BTW i have this pc confing in a new case with a new psu, my only problem is the compatibility between the mobo and gpu)

many came with GT520 LOW PROFILE THIN CARD,  (thin means not high ,not length, be depth top to bottom)

THIS PC HAS TO GROSS LIMITS, LOW PROFILE AND THIN,  AND LOW PROFILE CAN MAKE ANY POWERFULL CARD TOO LONG. (means same GPU and clock speeds and same RAM sizes, held constant)

270s = SFF tiny case and odd duck PSU and weak. gaming is not it's bag (double pun)

2012 PC so I guess, is not UEFI only PC, it  is old and will like any card, not restricted to UEFI only usage

  • It most FIT AND NOT HIT ( what physical world is first ) the x16 slot is on the bottom of MOBO that is super bad idea due to vast cards too thick hitting bottom.
  • The slot x16 must not be wattage limited as some dells are at 25w,  a good PC does 75w easy. seems ok.
  • your card uses 150 watts of power and has AUX power jack that needs power from the PSU cable. Fail1
  • Your PSU has  no such GPU AUX cable at all, ATX12v v2.3 up. zero cables there, for GPU. failure 2.
  • that is lots of watts. 2times normal  your PSU uses 24x 4 twin cables very ATX like.but worn shape. oops
  • your PSU is only 220 watts If you read the sticker on it first. that is huge problem.. failure #3
  • and last the UEFI pains, I think you will not land on.
  • The cards made in nasty year 2014 (w8 junk I call them) may fail. hard. unless PC is w8 certified. this was cured later, your rx570 can be as old as 2017 not older, so that is good thing.. but many 570s made IDK.
  • I'd put in a GTX1050Ti and call it a day. 75watts max, no need for can't find PSU bigger
  • Id did not check tall and low profile cards,  I never try to do lowprofile cards they are very hard to do and for sure too think or too long, SFF is not  a gaming PC IMO, it is not easy to expand . full sized PC work best for sure bigger PSU (even up to 1600watts, omg) and for sure huge video cards, all fit.
  • this PC has other  limits,  but if you search here it is  repeated over and over...
  •   sizes matters, and like all cards  made by 10 makers, all have different sized cards, my 1050 is on 5.7" long but thickness can fail you here and I DO NOT HAVE the DELL THICK max for this PC.
