Vostro 260 motherboard USB problem (0GDG8Y A00)

I have a Dell Vostro 260, my motherboard is Dell 0GDG8Y A00

i recently upgraded my case, now i'm having a problem with the 2 frontal USB, i couldn't figure out the (+) and (-) slots, any help would be appreciated.
