Vostro 230: does not turn on the monitor after suspend!
I have a Vostro 230 BIOS 1.4.
Every time it goes into SUSPENSION, when it is "awakened" (keyboard or mouse), it does not "turn on" the monitor. To exit this state, the only way is to turn off the desktop using the On/Off button.
Any tips?:
1) Is it related to the power supply?
2) Bios?
3) Video card? (The problem occurs with onboard video or with a dedicated video card).

Run the Windows Power Troubleshooter: This tool can help adjust your computer's power settings and check the timeout settings that determine how long the computer waits before turning off the monitor display or entering sleep mode. This can resolve issues where the monitor does not wake up properly from sleep mode.
Check for Software Conflicts: Sometimes, third-party software like antivirus programs can interfere with the monitor's ability to wake from sleep mode. I know this one sounds like a long shot. But trust me, I had an antivirus software that was causing one of my Dell's to randomly shut down!
Update Drivers and Firmware: Ensure that all drivers, including those for the monitor and graphics card, are up to date. Also, check for any firmware updates for your monitor, as these can resolve compatibility issues and improve performance.
