Vostro 220s, how to allocate more v-ram?

I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am looking to play a game that my computer should be able to run, but it can't because of v-ram. I should be able to get to the required amount (512mb) but i can't find the option in my computer's BIOS. I have checked everywhere but can't find anything other than this being a "Branded Computer."

Also I am not trying to get a game to run better but trying to get the game to run in the first place.

(The Game is EU4.)

It is not possible to change or increase video memory. Install a bigger video card.

1. When using on-board or integrated video card, the only way to set that is from the BIOS (if available).

2. Does not sound like a video-ram problem to me. Did you try Windows compatibility settings on the game's icon?

3. Are you talking about "Europa Universalis 4" ? If so, I noticed it is on-sale at Steam right now.

INTEL Graphics has not had memory allocation for a long time now over 12 years and counting.

When you add a video card you DO NOT get the ram back either.

Yeah, The game is EU4. I got it to work, (though it runs at 9 fps.)
