Using two hard drives on the Dell Vostro 3268

Hi,

I would like to know how do I use 2 HDs on the Dell Vostro 3268, 1 of which is on Slave, discarding the possibility of an external HD. I bought an unsuspecting SSD and only later did I notice that the CD / DVD player sata (which would be what I would use) is mini. I searched the internet and saw some cables from other Dell models and also from other manufacturers and I would like to know if there is any option for using two discs. Can you help me ? Thanks in advance for your help.

a more elegant way is to use a dvd ssd adapter.  you install ssd in a slim dvd drive case which replaces original dvd.  https://www.ebay.com/itm/2nd-Hard-Drive-HDD-SSD-Caddy-Adapter-for-Dell-Vostro-3450-3550-3560-swap-GT32N-/282333287911
this is often done in laptop to add a second ssd.

Your psu has only one sata power connector. You can get a sata Y splitter to power hdd+ssd.
