Upgrade ssd to 6TB

We have PC Vostro 3888, serial number: DM1J8F3, so my question is can we make update SSD to 6TB.

If you're prepared to spend (quite a bit) there are some 8T NVMe SSDs -- the other (lower cost) option would be a 6 or 8T 2.5" SATA drive.
You'll pay $600 or more for an 8T NVMe drive -- probably more than the system cost initially.
