Upgrade GPU RTX 3080 for Dell Vostro 3670

I want to upgrade my Dell 3670 with a RTX 3080 GPU and a 600W PSU. Is the Dell 3670 compatible with the RTX 3080? Thank you for your help and have a great day!

This is a sub compact unit with Tiny proprietary 290W power supply so its not likely a card physically fits inside the case and the power supply is not good enough.
