I need to change the hard disk as the exiting hard disk crashed. I look for a compatible SSD 1TB or 512GB

You can use either a 2.5" SATA SSD or an M.2 2280 SATA SSD -- your choice. NVMe drives are not supported -- if M.2, the drive must be SATA.
