Problem with Service Tag (system configuration)
We currently need the complete system configuration of at least 20 Desktops but we cant get the information from the service tag, since the components section seems empty. I have tried this on different web browsers (Mozilla, Chrome and Edge) with no avail.
I have seen some of the Moderators giving this information through private message so Im writting this message to get all the information.

This doesn't fix the Dell listing, but have you tried a program such a "Belarc Advisor" as it will profile both the hardware and software on a PC.
