Problem with new amd r5 220 gpu

Hi,

i tried to install afox amd r5 220 1gb gpu (exact number: afr5220-1024d3l9-v2(ddr3), dell vostro 460, i5 2400, newest bios A06) but after instalation system doesn't boot or post and i don't get any graphics signal from card or integrated gpu. Switching gpu mode in BIOS doesn't change anything. I tried installing amd hd 6670 and gt710 and they both work fine. I tried installing r5 220 with system disk in another computer and it works fine. Does somebody know what's wrong with this configuration?
