problem in vediocard Dell vostro 3910

What model video card is installed? If you have a discrete video card have you tried connecting to the Integrated video instead and if so does that work properly. If you are using the IGPU then try a discrete card. But it would seem to appear to be a hardware problem. Try running diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for errors with the graphics display.

i am using DELL Desktop Vostro 3910 

i using internal graphic card  , 

this problem happen after coming problem in electricity short 

i try to update Boise and put  external grafic card still same problem 

i need to replacement the motherboard 

but no one in the world have the same motherboard 

if you know from where i will but inform me .

@khladkhlad​ That additional information is important as the electrical short obviously caused a major problem and probably a MB issue. eBay has that MB here and a listing of other vendors here.
