latest graphic driver does not contain ram leak fix from intel

for a while i have been having this issue where dwm.exe (Desktop Window Manager) slowly eating the unused ram and finally decided to investigate this and after a thorough search i found the problem to be a driver issue that intel fixed but dell did not offer a graphics driver update on it's driver support webpage, this issue target only the integrated gpu.
