Does the dell vostro 3250 support the intel xeon e3 1245 v5 processor? It has 80w.

xeon e3 1245 v5 is a skylake family cpu using LGA 1151 socket which includes intel 6th gen cpu.

This CPUID is also for i5-6400T.  so it is possible the Xeon may work but no verified report.

User benchmark has only verified Intel 6th gen cpu in V3250 having H110 Intel 100 series chipset.  No one has yet verified the Xeon.

 No it does not support a XEON E3. This is not a precision workstation. The Dell Precision T1700 Does support Xeon E3 V3 series.
