Disk usage is 100 % for new Vostro Desktop - No resolution from Dell support

We have purchased Dell Vostro Desktop 6 month back and disk usage is always 100% so unable to use it, even click takes a minute.

 

As per tech support reinstalled OS but no help. Really looking for Dell send to technician onsite and look into issue. We have onsite support but dell tech support not ready to send engineer.

do you have a small NVME ssd 256GB only that got filled up and no storage hdd in the pc?  if so, may need to back up data and do a fresh clean install.

what is the vostro model?  I am guessing it is a recent 3681 or some model like that.
