Dell Vostro 470 fell into continuous restarts and not even passing POST

Hi Support,

My Dell Vostro 470 is continuously rebooting. Dell Support Assistant installed latest A14 BIOS update and after that system never came up. ALL HARDWARE IS PERFECTLY FINE. The BIOS update caused the system to be in this bad situation. Any suggestions, Please let me know,

F2 and F12 are not getting activated at all.

try clear cmos settings by motherboard jumper reset and replace cmos battery.

Clear the CMOS settings:

For more information on how to open the side panel and location of the clear CMOS jumper connector, browse to the Owner's Manual. For information on opening the left side-panel refer to the Left Side-Panel section. For information on the location of the CMOS jumper, locate the Technical Overview section and look in the System-Board Components section for the location of the CMOS jumper.

if no change after that, cmos is corrupted.
