Dell vostro 430

Hello everyone you might be wondering why the title is Dell Vostro 430/Dell t1500 it is because it is case swapped and it thinks it's a different computer. But the real reason I am here is that I upgraded my pc it has 16GB ram ddr3 1600mhz SK Hynix 12800 and  Samsung 12800. After I installed the memory it would post but just shut down the bios does recognize the memory but it goes to the American screen and it says all memory is detected but if I press f1 or don't anything it will shut down I even tried with two different brands with Kingston. But If I run the SK Hynix in the dual-channel it will work and boot into windows 10. I have dual-booted Windows 7 and 10. But windows 10 is being laggy with 8GB ram even. I don't know what to do really I am a tech-savvy person but if it keeps on shutting down. I really can't do anything the motherboard is fine all components are working. I am only 13 so if you can help me thank you. The memory brand does not matter only the MHz or the DDR both are matching just different brands Please don't ask for the service tag its case swapped no point or is it the bios it is 2.40 the one I am running
