Dell Vostro 3888 MT not working

dear, I am asking for help

I bought a Dell Vostro 3888 MT
after a few days the computer stopped working

1. the computer freezes frequently (blue screen of death)
2. no additional disk is visible (the computer had two disks)
3. i cannot recover the system from the recovery partition because the computer is restarting

official dell's support in Poland ordered me to download windows from the website and reinstall system but the solution did not help,

I have been writing to the dell support for over a month that the computer is not functional, but the support does not respond to e-mails and does not try to repair the computer

What can I do in this situation ?
