Dell Vostro 3681 Crashing

I operate a community service weather website with 4 HD webcams and constantly updating weather data.  It requires 7 PC's to operate.  I have just bought 6 new PC's... mostly Vostro 3681.  I have had a problem with all of them crashing with the error posted below right out of the box.  I have called tech support many times and they keep saying this is software.  3 of the PC's do have common software and the rest are totally different.  All but 2 have stabilized a bit.  One critical PC is continuing to crash up to 3 times a day while the other 2 are stable.  They run 24/7 and single task software that handles the images, time lapse and ftp sessions.  I have a 5620 laptop that crashes almost every time it comes out of standby. Same errors and NO common software. I use it for ad hoc.  All PC's are Windows 11 Pro.  I have run Windows diagnostics many times and nothing shows up.  I run SupportAssist almost daily.  I am ready to buy a new PC if I can't find the solution. Many people rely on my site including the local media.  Thank you in advance for any suggestions or advice.

Unless these systems were reimaged and/or BIOS firmware default settings have been changed, the first screen for systems right out of the box would be OOBE system setup screens.  Not the error message in your post.

Secondly, the Dell Vostro 3681 is a prebuilt small business desktop computer that was released in 2020.  If you have just bought those, they aren't available for purchase on Dell website.

Last but not least, you have ran diagnostics and there weren't any hardware error.  All but two are running stable after contacting Dell support.  That is in line with support's findings, issues could be software.

Before making a new PC jump, why not taking the unit with most critical crash errors and performing a clean Windows installation without any Dell assist tools, just Windows and all needed weather operation apps.  If the issue is resolved, you can wipe the rest for new installations.

Thank you so much for your reply.  I should clarify, it was shortly (as in within an hour) after "out of the box" that this started happening during Windows updates.  Never had this happen before.  I bought the problem PC in July 2022 and of course it went off warranty July 2023.  So if I am interpretting this correctly my PC was around 2 years old when I bought it.  I am ok with that.  2 years in a production run is not a lot.  I think your suggestion of a clean Win11 install is probably the best and cheapest solution.  I have set up a LOT of these systems and never had this type of a problem.  I brought it up with tech support that I was suspicious of a flawed Win11 install from the factory.  They said that was not "possible"......  The fact that all my Vostros have had this boot error right from the beginning is just too much of a coincidence.  Thankfully I only have 2 that still have it.
