Unknown, as this model never shipped with an i9 CPU.  In theory you can drop a turbocharged engine into a Kia K4 -- whether you'd want to is another matter.

The Dell Vostro 3670 motherboard, which uses the B360 chipset, does support 9th gen Intel Core processors.

Userbenchmark Vostro 3670

The top CPU's being used in the Vostro 3670 are the i7-9700 and i7-9700KF.  No i9's.

While the chipset may support i9's, the Vostro 3670 does not.  I think it's BIOS related.

Never go by just a socket or just the chipset with a Dell.
