Dell Vostro 3668 system unit does not turn on from the button on the case

Системный блок Dell Vostro 3668 не включается с кнопки на корпусе,
при этом блок питания работает и светится зелёный светодиод на задней стенке,
на передней стенке кнопка периодически мигает оранжевым цветом, на мониторе нет сигнала.

Как я диагностировал и устранил возникшую неисправность сам:

и прочитал - если материнская плата старше 3-5 лет, то замените батарейку BIOS (марка CR-2032).

Разобрал корпус ПК, достал батарейку CR-2032 - измерил ток разряда = 14 мА, батарейка РАЗРЯЖЕНА!

Заменил батарейку на новую CR-2032 ( ток 150 мА), включил ПК и ВСЁ ЗАРАБОТАЛО!

Вообще системные блоки Dell Vostro надёжные и отлично работают много лет!

while the power supply is working and the green LED on the back panel is on,
on the front wall the button periodically blinks orange, there is no signal on the monitor.

How I diagnosed and fixed the problem myself:
went to the site https://compconfig.ru/remont/pochemu-kompyuter-ne-vklyuchaetsya.html
and read - if the motherboard is older than 3-5 years, then replace the BIOS battery (brand CR-2032).

I disassembled the PC case, took out a CR-2032 battery - measured the discharge current = 14 mA, the battery is DISCHARGED!

I replaced the battery with a new CR-2032 (current 150 mA), turned on the PC, and EVERYTHING WORKED!

In general, Dell Vostro system units are reliable and work great for many years!
