Dell Vostro 360 All in One

Hi,   I was looking to upgrade my Dell Vostro 360 all in one.

Firstly i was hoping to upgrade the RAM, currently i have 6GB, tis is one 4 stick and one 2 stick.  Ive read conflicting information online some say the vostro 360 max is 8GB ( 2x4GB) but others report you can max at 16GB (2x8GB)  i thought the Dell forum would be the best place to ask.

I also wanted to upgrade the CPU, it currently has Intel i5-2400 4 core,   could this be upgraded to an i7-6500 0r a top of the range Ryzen 9 3950

any help owld be greatly appreciated
