Dell Vostro 260 desktop Keyboard failure
I'm completely stuck, one moment the pc is working fine than it freezes so I reset it.
Now when the pc starts up it displays keyboard failure, it then goes on to log in and shows the desktop. The keyboard and mouse are not working or showing any lights. They do so in every usb port. I have also tried different keyboards and mouses. When I plug in my phone however it does charge so the usb ports don't seem to be the problem.
The only thing I can do is press the power button, I can't reach the bios, I cant reinstall drivers, all I can do is look at the desktop screen and turn the pc of and on again.
It runs on windows 10.
Does anybody have any suggestion I could try ?

There was a defective Windows 10 update pushed by Windows Update a couple of weeks ago that prevented the mouse and keyboard from working once Windows loaded. But that update was pulled down...
Start by rebooting and immediately pressing F2 or F12. If F2 gets you into BIOS setup or F12 gets you to the boot menu, then it's less likely to be a hardware failure.
Assuming keyboard works before Windows loads, read this and follow the instructions for Method 2 to remove the offending Windows update:
USB devices may stop working after installing the February 13, 2018 update (KB4074588)
