vvol and VNXe3200
Is VNXe3200 is ready for VVol right now?
Recently (just 2 weeks ago), we have purchased VNXe3200 that have software version 3.1.1.5395470. We are using vsphere 6. I have tried to implement the VVol. But falied . In vcenter, the storage provider shows VASA API version 1.0 for my VNXe3200. Is this version 1.0 is sufficient for VVol? If not , How can I make it to version 2.0? How can I configure Protocol Endpoint in my VNXe3200?

No it's not, but I believe it will be the first in the VNX/e series to get it.
There's some indication of GA release timeframes in the following links.
