VNXe3200 failing Pre Upgrade Health Checks
Hello, we are running a VNXe3200 with 3.1.12.10186894 software installed, and are trying to upgrade to 3.1.14.10199487.
Performing Health Checks fails with the next error, any clue on what could be failing? System seems to run normally.

Hello lumagorri,
Have you tried to Reboot both SPs in sequence, & then run the health check again?

Yes, it gives the same error after both SPs have been rebooted

Hi Josh.
No, system status is OK and there isn't any alert or similar, the only thing is that our Prosupport NBD expired one month ago, could that be the reason?

Yes, that is possible since upgrading versions requires it to be under a support contract.
